Greenvale Farm was established to raise heritage breed genuine free range pigs. We sell their flavoursome pork at farmers markets, retail outlets and restaurants in Victoria and New South Wales. Greenvale Farm pork offers customers the opportunity to taste some of the best pork in local restaurants or their own home.

In addition to fresh pork, Greenvale Farm produces award-winning smallgoods with our production partner Casalingo. These award-winning smallgoods include bacons, hams and fresh preservative free sausages, as well as an extensive range of air-fermented smallgoods including RASV Gold Medal winning prosciutto and capocollo to compliment our range of salamis and chorizos.

We are dedicated to a future of sustainable agriculture in Australia, and we continue to develop new products that support our nose-to-tail philosophy. We even use pig skin to produce delicious snacks with Crackle & Co.
